Abstract
Radio-Plasma Surgery using 4.0 MHz Radiowave Technology
Mahmood Morovej, M.D.
Radio-Plasma Surgery is a new surgical technique employing an optimal low temperature energy source of 4.0 MHz radiowaves known as Surgitron Dual Frequency (Ellman International Inc. - Hewlett. New York) for ENT and other surgical procedures as it affords surgical precision, controlled penetration, depth, and low temperature. As compared to laser surgery, Cobtation, Harmonic Scalpel surgery. Pure Radiowave Surgery is a better alternative because it is "Radio-Plasma Surgery".
Laser and EC electrosurgery will produce Increased healing in Target Tissue. In comparison, there are lower temperatures generated with use ot Radiowave frequency of4.0 MHz (Ellman Intern alien al Inc.. New York).
Tissues ore burned (carbonization) in high temperature, the kidney may be effected because of clearance of Myoglobinuria. Radiowave frequency of 4.0 MHz generates pure waves and is transmitted from on RF micro fiber electrode to Target Tissue, because of 'he low heat, the absorption process causes intracellular fluid (Plasma) fo boil. Boiling of fluid leads to cell expansion resulting in cell wall explosion, this process is called Cellular Volatilization.
Cell explosion, means shattering and spacing in Targef Tissue/cells, producing micro-incision in a localized matter around the surface of probe tip. Radio-Plasma Surgery also acts to reduce the size of Target tissue which results in De-bulking (according to the Magnetic Bottle Effect of physics). A De-bulking procedure is achieved without (he removal of Organs and with maximum control of tissue removal. Micro-incision using an Bf micro titer electrode tip can cut the tissue with excellent edge incision that it will produce an optimal low temperature healing process.
The cell content which is fluid (Plasma) will be absorbed by blood vessels, so in Radio-Plasma Surgery, there is no lost tissue. In high temperature environments, there is cellular damage (Burning) with delay in healing and remaining scar tissue. Unlike standard electrosurgical devices, there is no burning tissue, therefore no extensive thermal injury or delay healing process results In Radio-Plasma Surgery. Scar tissue Is minimized and cosmetic results are superior with less poln and taster healing.
4.0MHz Radiowaves on the skin surface produces cut and steamy air because of the boiling of intracellular fluid. The patented Surgitron Dual Frequency technology generates an electromagnetic wave that Is impedance matched. frequency matched, and power matched to initiate and sustain a harmonious cloud with low atomic particle turbulence and chaos. This harmonious cloud forms a coating over the RF micro fiber electrode fip as well as acts to reduce energy output needed from the power amplifier, producing a micro-incision in target tissue.
Ellman's patented Surgitron Dual Frequency technology provides a cool, efficient, sate, versatile, user-friendly and Inexpensive approach to accomplishing optimal surgical techniques.
